We are all unique!  As such a cookie cutter approach to looking after ourselves will almost never work!  You really need something that is tailor made just for you... And who knows you better than you?  So, what could be better than having a flexible structure and process that will guide you?  We'll help you find your own way forwards!

The Method is completely flexible to suit you... We love using the Method in rounds of 21 days!

​It is our routines and daily rituals (conscious or unconscious) that build the foundation for how we show up in life.  These can either help or hinder us!

​Did you know it takes roughly 21 days to create a new habit?  With this in mind we have developed a process to build your own regime of self care and sensory regulation.

Once you know and understand the Method and how to create a regulation plan that works for you, you can use the knowledge and system over and over again!

Module one ~ 10 part module with ~ 140 minutes of video content
Module two ~ 4 part module with ~ 30 minutes of video content
Module three ~ 1 part module with ~ 30 minutes of video content
Module four ~2 part module with ~ 90 minutes of video content
